The degree frame will be available for you to collect from our Framing Services Desk after your ceremony. Pre-ordered frames not collected on the day will be subject to a postage and handling fee of $30 (in Australia). You will need to contact our staff on 1300 361 806 with your order number to organise delivery.
No, we cannot duplicate your certificate. Our staff can mount your original certificate inside the frame if you visit our Framing Services Desk with your certificate after the ceremony.
No, you can also order on graduation day at our Framing Services Desk (subject to stock availability) or online after the graduation (postage & handling fee will apply).
Yes, however we will replace the glass with Perspex to ensure a safe delivery.
We do our best to ensure all frames sold are quality checked and delivered safely. We do, however, offer exchange or return under the following terms & conditions:
Exchange or return if change of mindYou must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the frame.
The frame must be returned to us in the same condition you received it.
You must cover the cost of returning the original frame (and receiving the replacement if you choose exchange).
