Our professional photographer will take a range of combined individual and family/group portrait shots.

You will be notified by email when your images are ready to view and purchase online.

Please note: the sitting fee does not include copies of the studio images or the copyright of the images. You will receive an email when the images are available to view and order.

What do I receive by pre-booking the Portrait Session?

The sitting fee covers your time with our professional photographer and does not include copies or the copyright of the images. The images can be purchased separately from approximately 48 hours after graduation.

How does it work on the day?

You may have your Portrait Session anytime during studio opening hours. Photography studios open approximately 90 min prior to the ceremony and close 30 mins prior to the ceremony commencing. The studios will then re-open immediately after the ceremony concludes and remain open until demand wanes.

Who can participate in my Portrait Session?

Any guests, even those without ceremony tickets, may join you in the session.

Can I decide on graduation day if I want to have a Portrait Session?

Yes, you can pay cash or EFTPOS for a Portrait Session on graduation day. Please see our staff at the Photography Services Desk.

When/how will I be able to view my images?

We endeavour to have the proofs online in approximately 48 hours after your ceremony. You will need your reference code starting with ‘G’ to view the images through the “View/Order Portrait Images” button on our website. Once the proofs are available you can start ordering, however please note, it could be up to 5 business days later for purchased digital images to be available to download.
